UFC 163 prediction: New champion Anthony Pettis
As much as Brazil would like to see Jose Aldo running into the stands again at UFC 163 celebrating a KO over Anthony Pettis, I'm actually betting on the underdog Pettis. I think Pettis and Aldo are equally matched on the feet, and what this fight will come to is cardio. I think Pettis has better cardio and that will be the difference. The first four rounds could be split down the middle, and in the fifth round Pettis will come alive, possibly jump off of the cage and kick at Aldo, and win this fight three rounds to two. Both are too tough to be stopped, but one man will walk out of the Octagon at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on August 3rd the champion at featherweight, and I think that will be Anthony "Showtime" Pettis.
