Matt Serra on UFC 171 (Hendricks vs Lawler), Chris Weidman's evolution

Matt Serra gives his take on the UFC welterweight title fight between Robbie Lawler and Johny Hendricks for the vacant belt. Serra was once the champion of the weight class, defeating Georges St-Pierre (the champion who vacated the title), and eventually losing it back to Pierre. Serra also discusses another phenom out of Long Island, New York, in Chris Weidman. Weidman comes out of the Serra-Longo team and has rapidly risen to the top of the MMA world by defeating Anderson Silva twice and becoming the UFC middleweight title.
